This weekend I had a really exited and unique event. I went to Groningen to experience Dinner in the Sky. Imagine a beautifully set table, where a chef prepares culinary delights for you accompanied by a delicious wine arrangement all at a height of 50 meters. I was so excited and also a bit nervous about this ultimate sky experience.
The night started at Mr. Mofongo in Groningen where we were welcomed with champagne and bites to calm our nerves;- ) I have never been to Mr. Mofongo before but it is such a cool hotspot in Groningen where you can have dinner, enjoy wines & cocktails and have a culinary experience. The interior looks amazing and I enjoyed my wine and the bites very much.
After the warm welcome, this luxurious limousine was waiting for us to bring us to the ultimate event. I think this was my first time in a limousine and I felt really fabulous and special. The limousine was such a great experience as well.
And there it was… The Dinner in the sky, ready to go high into the sky!
Yes, and there I am… I am having my high wine at 50 meters in the sky. What a unique experience! The view is so pretty and the wine & food was amazing! I tried some different bites and wines. First I had the Secastilla white wine. I find this wine is super tasty! First mild in the mouth to which the wine gets a more pleasant and round taste that lasts for a long time. Fun fact: this wine is at 750 meters in Somontano, so the perfect wine to drink at height 
After the white Secastilla, I went for red wine. The Privada van Bodega Norton an Argentian wine which also has a very good and rich taste.
Next, to my wine, I always need a glass of water. My favorite water is S.Pellegrino. I just love the taste of S.Pellegrino and the bottles always look so pretty and luxurious. At the moment they have a limited edition bottle because they are celebrating their 120th anniversary!
In honor of this special occasion and this unique event, S.Pellegrino presents the Diamond Bottle. The bottle has the look and feel of a diamond. Pure and forever: diamonds are there to perpetuate the most beautiful and tasteful moments. This was for sure one of my most beautiful and tasteful moments! Definitely, a moment to remember forever!
