My Daily Fashion Dosis

FASHION // PARIS FASHION WEEK

Last week I went with the Thalys to Paris again for Paris Fashion Week. We (me and Lauren) took the earliest train at 7.15 to be at 10.38 in Paris. The Thalys is so quick and easy! I still cannot get over the fact of how quick you can be in Paris from Amsterdam. The whole trip is less than 3 hours and 30 minutes! As we were at 10.38 in Paris we had the whole day in front of us for shoots and fashion shows.

After our train ride, we went straight to the hotel to change our outfits for our lunch and to make some street style pictures. We could only shoot one street style look as we had to get ready for the KOCHE fashion show where we were invited to.

This was the look that I wore to the KOCHE Fashion show. We took this shot right before we went to the location of the fashion show. I am really into white lately, so I think a lot of my spring and summer looks will be white. I combined the white items with my Gucci belt and a leopard velvet blazer to make it chic and Parisian. The sunglasses and my hair give a bit of a cool vibe to this Parisian outfit.

The final of the KOCHE fall/winter 2019/2020 show. The show was really amazing! Christelle Kocher booked for her show the 17,000-seat arena where Drake is performing in a couple of weeks. It was huge! I really loved the color scheme she uses for the fall/winter 2019/2020. It is full of rich and poppy colors! The collection makes me so happy! Already looking forward to next seeing by seeing this.

After the show, we went for dinner and couldn`t wait to get back to our hotel, La Comtesse Paris. Now you will probably think, why did you want to go back to your hotel so quickly after dinner? Didn´t you want to drink some cocktails or France wine? Well… look at this view! Do I need to say more? The hotel view from our room was incredible. I never had a view as beautiful as this one. It is so romantic! The lights of the Eiffel tower light up every hour for 5 minutes. It is a really magical moment to see it and it makes it even more magical and romantic when you can enjoy it from your balcony in your fashion week fabulous dress. What kind of women dresses are your favorite? I always love the little black dresses. They are elegant and timeless. Perfect to wear in Paris or anywhere in the world ;-).

The next day we planned a day full of shoots. We went to different locations to shoot a lot of outfits. It is always so good to make content in Paris. There are so many pretty places to go to! This picture is made at the Fontaines de la Concorde. I really love the old Parisian vibe of these fountains.

Shooting makes me hungry haha! After shooting 4 outfits we went for lunch at Girafe Paris. This restaurant has an amazing terras with the best view of the Eiffel tower! The food is yummy and the view is breathtaking. We were so lucky that it was 21 degrees in Paris on Wednesday. I could enjoy my food and wine while tanning.

As you can see I am obsessed with the Eiffel tower view. After shooting 8 looks on Wednesday we went back to the hotel to chill. In the evening we went for dinner in the neighborhood of the hotel and went to sleep early.

Thursday was our last day in Paris. We went to shoot another street style look, had a French brunch and went for a walk at Montmartre. Paris is always so good! It is one of my favorite cities. I am always sad when I have to go home after such a beautiful trip. However, the trip home is always comfortable. Traveling with the Thalys is the best. Our seats were super comfortable so I could take a nap, we had 2 delicious meals with drinks and we had fast wifi to edit and upload our Paris pictures while traveling. Eat, sleep and work and before you know it you are in Amsterdam again! It is the perfect way to travel between Paris to Amsterdam. I can´t wait to be on the Thalys again for my next Paris adventure.
